We were not born out of a business plan. We were born out of a conviction: that education is not a privilege to be rationed by wealth or geography, but a fundamental human right that belongs to every child, youth and adult, regardless of their social, economic, cultural or geographical background.
Inspired by Christ's ministry among the poor, the marginalised, and the oppressed, we believe that education is one of the most powerful instruments of human liberation the world has ever known. And we have built this organisation to wield it, not for profit alone, but for justice, for dignity and for the flourishing of communities that have been denied their share of opportunity for far too long.

We believe every child is created in the image of God. Every child carries within them a God-given potential that no circumstance of birth should be allowed to extinguish. Education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge; it is the development of wisdom, character, and the capacity to serve others with excellence and compassion.
The Crisis We Are Responding To
The scale of educational exclusion in our world is not an abstraction. It is a moral emergency.
Globally, approximately 251 million children and youth are currently denied access to education. This is not a crisis limited to a single country or region, it is systemic, entrenched and driven by forces that compound one another: poverty, conflict, gender discrimination and chronic underinvestment in the public education systems that the world's most vulnerable families depend on.
160 million children are in forced labour or hazardous work globally, the direct consequence of extreme economic hardship pulling families out of school and into survival mode.
52 million children are out of school in conflict-affected regions, where destroyed infrastructure and militarisation have made learning impossible.
9 million primary-age girls will never step foot in a classroom, victims of early marriage, domestic duty, and social stigma that treats their education as expendable.
Chronic underinvestment in public education systems results in poor facilities, undertrained teachers, and hidden schooling costs that the poorest families simply cannot afford.
UNESCO estimates that education gaps cost the global economy billions in lost human potential, while leaving uneducated populations disproportionately exposed to exploitation, poverty, and injustice.
