This registration is designed for teachers who want to teach with Cognitiaglobal Schools. After submitting your details, you will receive a verification email. Once you verify your email, your application will stay in approval review until our team completes the manual evaluation.

How it works

1. Register
Complete your profile, identity, professional details, and uploads.
2. Verify
Click the email verification link we send immediately after submission.
3. Review
Admin reviews your documents, teaching background, and curriculum fit.
4. Approval
Approved teachers receive a confirmation email and can then access the teacher portal.

Before you start

Keep your documents ready
ID copy, qualification certificates, experience certificates, supporting files, and a clear profile photo.
Choose up to 2 curricula
Select only the curricula where you are genuinely confident and experienced.
Email-based login
You will create a username now, but login will still use your verified email for the moment.
Banking and payout details are intentionally collected only after approval.
Important Notes and Responsibilities

Please select up to two curricula that you are qualified and comfortable to teach.

  • Select all grades and subjects that you can teach now or may teach in the future.
  • Please choose carefully. Once submitted, you cannot resubmit or change your curricula, grades, or subjects.
  • Selecting a grade or subject does not mean you must teach it or that it will definitely be assigned to you.
  • We can assign courses, classes, grades, and subjects only from your selected choices.
  • Please review all your selections carefully before submitting the application.
  • Where available, please check the detailed course description before making your selections.

Choose up to 2 curricula. Under each one, select every relevant programme or grade, then choose subjects separately inside each selected path.

Choose the examination, then select the relevant exam option where applicable. Subject selection is optional and will show only when that exam path is ready.

Language School Path

No curriculum or grade is needed here. Simply choose the languages you are ready to teach.

Document Uploads

Add one or more qualification certificates. You can upload them one by one. Max 600 KB per file.
Add one or more experience certificates. You can upload them one by one. Max 600 KB per file.
Optional supporting documents such as recommendation letters or portfolio files. Max 600 KB per file.
Step 5

Profile Photo

Face should be clearly visible. Professional appearance preferred. Max 600 KB.

Declaration, Consent, and Account Setup

Use at least 10 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol.
