Student Rules and Regulations
1. Attendance and Punctuality
- Students must join the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
- The online meeting/classroom will be locked once the class begins. Late entry may not be permitted.
- Regular attendance is compulsory for all classes, examinations, and assessments.
- Students must upload assignments, assessments, and coursework on or before the specified deadlines.
2. Payment Policy
Tuition fees and other charges must be paid on time. Students with pending payments may be barred from attending classes, examinations, or accessing study materials until dues are cleared.
3. Online Class Conduct
- Students must keep their video camera ON during class unless instructed otherwise by the teacher.
- Microphones must remain muted unless the student is permitted to speak.
- Students must attend classes from a safe, quiet, and distraction-free environment.
- Students must sit properly using a table and chair during classes.
- Attending classes while lying on a bed or engaging in inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Students must listen carefully during lessons and take notes simultaneously.
- Students must maintain discipline, respect, and proper behavior throughout the class.
4. Dress Code
Students must attend classes wearing the official school uniform or approved dress code as instructed by the institution.
5. Digital Security and Privacy
- Students must not share their login ID, password, device access, or class links with anyone.
- Students must not allow any other person to join or view the class using their device or account.
- Teachers are professionals assigned by the institution and may be personally unknown to students.
- Students must not disclose personal information to teachers or classmates other than their official name and required academic details.
- Students must not discuss or share private or personal matters with teachers.
- Students must not display live classes for public viewing, recording, streaming, or broadcasting without written permission from the institution.
6. Communication and Student Interaction
- Students must communicate respectfully and professionally during classes.
- Unnecessary chatting, distractions, or unrelated communication with other students during class hours is prohibited.
- Any feedback, comments, complaints, or grievances must be officially submitted through the company website or approved communication channels.
7. Study Materials and Intellectual Property
Students must not share, reproduce, distribute, upload, sell, or circulate any study materials, notes, recordings, worksheets, or resources issued by the company to any third party. All educational materials provided by COGNITIAGLOBAL SCHOOLS PVT LTD remain the intellectual property of the company.
8. Examinations and Assessments
- Students are required to attend all examinations, tests, and evaluation activities conducted by the institution.
- Academic honesty and integrity must be maintained during all assessments.
- Failure to submit assessments on time without valid reason may affect academic progress.
9. Safety and Professional Boundaries
Students must maintain professional boundaries with teachers and staff members at all times. Any inappropriate conduct, misuse of communication platforms, harassment, or violation of privacy policies will result in disciplinary action.
10. Disciplinary Actions
Violation of the rules and regulations may result in the following disciplinary measures:
- First Violation - Official Warning
- Second Violation - Parent/Guardian Notification
- Repeated or Serious Violations - Suspension or Termination from the Institution
The institution reserves the right to take immediate disciplinary action in cases involving serious misconduct, academic dishonesty, cyber misuse, harassment, or security violations.
11. Acknowledgement
By enrolling in COGNITIAGLOBAL SCHOOLS PVT LTD, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and disciplinary procedures of the institution.
